P0B60: two low block readings define this circuit H diagnosis
GM P0B60 requires low readings from blocks 8 and 9 in its documented monitor, rather than one low channel alone.

Documented application
GM 2010 10OBDG10 Hybrid Diagnostics, cited BPCM or hybrid-controller monitor only. Historical calibration values are not universal specifications; no per-code model, engine or hardware fitment has been established.
The code alone does not identify a failed part or establish that a vehicle is safe to drive. Confirm the vehicle, reporting module and applicable service procedure.
P0B60 is labelled block 8 measurement out of range low in the GM hybrid diagnostic table. The code's generic H designation and the manual's block number are descriptions of the same cited monitor context, not permission to assume identical wiring on every hybrid vehicle.
Read the complete low condition
The threshold column places block 8 below 2 V and joins it with block 9 below 2 V. The conjunction changes the diagnostic question: the evidence should show what both neighboring measurement channels were reporting. Looking only at the channel named in a generic code title can miss that distinction.
Fifteen failures out of twenty samples are needed, with a 100 ms sampling frequency. The controller consequently filters the readings instead of acting on one instantaneous sample. Its two-trip Type B classification is a separate reporting rule and should not be confused with the sample counter.
Verify operation of the monitor
The BPCM must be in RUN, its 12 V supply must be within 9–18 V, and P0A1F must not be active. Review those conditions when a fault appears intermittent or fails to return after memory is erased.
The documented logic does not identify an individual failed cell or prescribe battery replacement. Save the paired channel values and associated faults for the applicable circuit diagnosis. Physical testing inside the traction battery requires the vehicle's high-voltage isolation procedure and qualified personnel.
